Project Overview
The First Evangelical Church of Ellicott City, Maryland was originally constructed in 1956, and since that time, has undergone several significant building projects to augment its facilities as pastoral programs grew. Part of this construction involved removal of old infrastructure, including a 10,000 gallon underground heating oil tank. Bennett & Williams has assisted the Church with site characterization, product recovery, vacuum truck extraction (dual phase), hydro-punch geologic profiling, and ongoing regulatory compliance with Maryland Department of the Environment.
