Project Overview
Sanko is an automotive repair facility located at a busy intersection on Broad Street in central Richmond, Virginia. The site has been occupied by numerous petroleum distributors over the past 30 years, and has unique challenges associated with age and location. Bennett & Williams, Inc. was able to confirm the petroleum release, assess impacts to subsurface conduits, supervise tank removal, and perform site characterization and closure for the client for all phases of contamination.
